The more you play at uonogames, the more rewards you earn. Our VIP programme is designed to recognise every loyal player — with real benefits that grow at every tier.
Many other platforms have VIP programmes, but in reality they're just labels — minimal benefits and hard to level up. uonogames built our VIP programme differently: every ringgit you wager counts, upgrades happen automatically, and the benefits at each tier make a genuinely noticeable difference.
The uonogames VIP programme consists of five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. Each tier comes with its own set of privileges — from higher cashback rates and more generous daily withdrawal limits, to access to exclusive games, VIP Live Casino rooms, and a personal account manager you can reach directly at any time.
What sets this program apart is its transparency. You can track your VIP tier, how many points you've accumulated, and how many more you need to reach the next level — all within your account dashboard. No surprises, no hidden terms. uonogames believes that a clear rewards system is the foundation of trust between a platform and its players.
Your VIP status is calculated based on total net wagering over a rolling 30-day period. Upgrades take effect instantly once the threshold is reached — no need to wait until the end of the month or contact support.
From Silver to Elite — every tier upgrade brings greater and more personalised privileges.
The uonogames VIP points system is straightforward. For every RM 10 wagered on any game on the platform, you earn 1 VIP Point. Points accumulate cumulatively over a 30-day period and are used to determine your VIP tier.
Unlike some platforms that only count deposits as the basis for VIP tier progression, uonogames counts actual wagering. This is fairer because it reflects real playing activity, not just how much money is deposited. Players who actively play at moderate stakes can still advance through the tiers consistently.
Once your points are sufficient for the next tier, the upgrade happens automatically. You'll receive an in-app notification and email confirming your VIP status has been updated. Once upgraded, all benefits of the new tier activate immediately — including the higher cashback rate for the current week.

There's a big difference between a VIP program that exists only on paper and one that genuinely transforms your playing experience. uonogames seriously invests in VIP infrastructure because we understand that loyal players are the backbone of our platform.
Once you reach Platinum tier, your playing experience starts to feel noticeably different. Access to the exclusive Live Casino room means you no longer have to compete for a seat at the same table as thousands of other players. Platinum tables carry higher minimum limits and a calmer atmosphere — ideal for players who want to stay focused and play with a strategy.
The Diamond tier brings a new dimension to the VIP experience. Your personal account manager is the same person every time you reach out — someone who knows your playing habits and preferences, not just a random support agent reading from a script. This relationship means any issue or request gets resolved faster and more personally.
And for the Elite tier — this is the level we take care of most closely. Elite membership is not purchased; it is invitation-based, earned through a consistent playing history and the mutual trust built over time. Elite members gain access to products and services not publicly advertised, including high-value physical gifts and invitations to exclusive events.
"I've tried a few other platforms before, but the uonogames VIP cashback is genuinely the most real. It hits my account automatically every Monday without any claiming needed. Been a Platinum member for over a year now and haven't thought about leaving."
"My account manager, Mr. Farid, is incredibly responsive. When I had a withdrawal issue, he resolved it within 10 minutes. He doesn't read from a script — he actually knows me as a player. That's what makes uonogames Diamond different."
"The exclusive Platinum casino room really does feel different. More relaxed atmosphere, dealers are more attentive, and the higher table limits make it perfect for the baccarat strategy I use. Absolutely love it."
